Josh started his commercial real estate career in 2004 after graduating from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis campus). With a keen interest in the urban environment and the development of cities he graduated with a degree in Urban Studies. The focus of his career as always been working with independent investors and business owners on commercial real estate projects within Minneapolis.

Working with a geographic emphasis has allowed him to help clients with leasing and purchasing office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and development projects. Additionally, his experience developing and co-owning hospitality businesses has given him the ability to understand the perspective of decision making from an ownership perspective. 

Josh is a licensed real estate Broker in Minnesota.
